Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get into contact?
Simply use the Contact Us Section and tell us more about your event and one of our team will be in touch to organise a bespoke menu & quote.

What do I do if a guest has an allergy?
We cater for all allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements. Our chefs will ask for any dietary information and will adapt the menu to ensure their is no contamination. 

How many people can you cater for?
Our private dinner parties cater from 8 to 30 guests. Large Scale events such as weddings and corporate we can cater for 20-120 guests.

How do I confirm my booking?
Once we have agreed upon a menu and a price we take a 50% Deposit to secure the date. The balance is payable 7 days prior to the event date. Payment is made via BACS.

Do you offer a children's menu?
We can offer a children's menu & we also offer smaller size portions of the adult menu.

Do you offer hire equipment?
Yes, we offer crockery, cutlery, glassware and table linen.

How Long do you need to allow for setup?
For private dinner parties we will arrive 2 hours prior to service start time and we usually allow up to 2 hours for clean down after the final course has been served.
